IPNS was founded in October of 2003 by Ash Murthy with a vision to bring the commercial best practices garnered in his previous start-ups to the Government environment.
Ash’s 18 years of experience in both Technical and Management roles of several large Telecommunication companies—such as Ameritech (now a part of SBC communication), NEC (Business Network Solutions), and the start-up Peak XV Networks—gave him the essential background to bring these elements together in IPNS.
IPNS is built on ISO certifications, ISO-20000:2005, ISO 9001:2008, and the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) CMMI III. Our financial systems are DCAA-compliant and approved.
Characteristics like ease of doing business, reliability, agility/flexibility, superior quality, strong management and stability are a part of IPNS' founding philosophy.
