Title: Application Developer

Location: Ft. Bragg, NC

Start Date: ASAP

Education: Bachelors (Preferred)

Security Clearance: Active Secret

Years of Experience:  2-4 yrs

Project Overview:  IPNS provides support to elevated user application trouble tickets, requirements analysis, data standardization, test and integration, engineering and to make recommendations for technology refresh. Additionally, IPNS supports the development, migration, testing, documentation, integration, and maintenance of current and legacy Government off-the-shelf (GOTS)/commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products to support USASOC business needs for:

  • Web based software, applications and content.
  • Databases, database software, applications and content.
  • Application support for the development, migration, testing, documentation, integration, and maintenance of current and legacy GOTS/COTS software and new applications.

The objective of this Task is to provide portal, web, application, and database development and maintenance services in developing net centric applications to support functionally diverse business processes used in support of USASOC and its subordinate units including their tactical operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts testing and quality assurance checks of other programmer's code
  • Identifies and documents faulty logic, programming errors, and ensures code adheres to the development standards.
  • Returns the solution to the original programmer for correction.
  • Will use C#, .Net 2.0, .Net 3.0, .Net 3.5, ASP.NETADO.NET, JavaScript, VB Script, XML, AJAX, and HTML.
  • Provide Tier III support as required.

Title: System Administrator

Location: Chicago, IL

Education: BA/BS in Computer Science field

Certifications: MCSE required, VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) preferred

  • Network and server administration, configuration, performance monitoring and setup

  • Secure, patch and update servers and documenting in logs/databases
  • Software installation, auditing and tracking (using BelArc, BelManage or similar)
  • Network security monitoring and reporting (Bindview 10) and documenting in logs/databases
  • Creating and managing PC software images and asset tracking tools
  • Generating reports

Title: Lead Help Desk Technician

Location: Dugway Proving Ground

Education: Associate degree preferred

Security Clearance: Secret

Certifications: Security+

Years of Experience:  5+

Responsibilities:

  • Update and install hardware
  • Troubleshoot hardware & software configurations
  • Manage multiple queues of trouble tickets
  • Promote ownership of referred incidents from initiation to closure
  • Monitor and interpret service desk reports and other related administration activities
  • Manage a team of 4-5 Help Desk Technicians
  • Converting requirements into effective business designs and formulating plans for efficient service
  • Documentation of business requirements and project plans
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as required

 Required skills & experience:

  • Excellent skills in customer service
  • Technical expertise in Help Desk issues & troubleshooting & Active Directory
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
