ACCENT

The Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT) contract for the Army Contracting Command of Rock Island, Il is a multiple-award IDIQ contract, worth $247.7 million over three years, providing commercial cloud solutions for all eligible Army enterprise applications. The Army contract includes Information Technology applications, systems, and associated data to the commercial cloud.

This Multiple Award Schedule grants agencies direct access to commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT community.

The purpose of the ACCENT BOA is to provide cloud transition support services and commercial cloud hosting services in any combination for Army application and mission owners:

· Transition support services (including app modernization)

· Cloud hosting services

· IaaS / PaaS / SaaS

· Cloud hosting off premises

· Cloud hosting on premises

· CSPs may instantiate their cloud services architecture on DoD premises

· Cloud hosting in mobile data centers

· All hosting can be COCO / GOCO / COGO / GOGO

Specific cloud transition support activities include: application analysis, security requirements analysis, documentation, modernization, virtualization, technical engineering, migration scheduling, business process reengineering, data preparation, migration planning, interface transition planning, training on the environment, service transition planning, cutover planning, back out planning, and go-live support.
