IP Network Solutions Announces Award of All Four Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS)

Herndon, VA—December 2, 2016—IP Network Solutions, Inc. (www.ipnsinc.com), a leading IT and Cyber services and solutions provider to customers in the national security space, announced today that it has received from the General Services Administration (GSA) the award of all four Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Numbers (SINs) to its GSA IT Schedule 70. IPNS is among the first twenty companies to receive this award. The HACS represent an innovative approach by GSA to enable any Government organization to acquire rapidly a full range of capabilities to defend its IT systems. The four SINs include:

* Penetration Testing (GSA SIN 132-45A): Conducting red team and penetration exercises that simulate nation-state, insider threats and other rogue actors.

* Incident Response (GSA SIN 132-45B): Responding to cybersecurity incidents within an agency.

* Cyber Hunting (GSA SIN 132-45C): Proactively investigating and conducting cyber adversarial threat hunting to discover sophisticated adversaries’ tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that may be “invisible” on a network for several months.

* Risk Vulnerability Assessment (GSA SIN 132-45C): Identifying risks within an organization’s information operations and mitigating risks
